WHAT IS LEFTSiiDE’S RETURN POLICY?
All customers must be first verified through our jotform process.
Only new shoes purchased prior to work being competed can return items within 7 days of the delivery/arrivalat the leftsiide facilities unless the item is listed in our exclusions list. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags, in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags. Items in the exclusions list will not be accepted as returns and therefore will not be refunded. All shipping fees and taxes are nonrefundable. If promotional discount codes were applied on your purchase, the final dollar amount paid, minus all taxes and shipping fees is what will be refunded. All refunds will be sent back through the original payment method. You can expect your refund to appear within 7-12 business days after the item has been shipped back and received.
USED SNEAKER customizations are final, photos will be sent to the owner during the process for feedback, therefore there are no changes once the sneaker has been shipped.
Exclusions:
1. Used sneakers that were sent in for customization
2. Worn sneakers and/or hats
3. Anything delivered (arrived at your address) more than 14 days ago
4. Shoes delivered to the facility after 7 days.
