"How would I be able to send you my sneakers to customize?"
Once the order is placed, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label in your email that you can use to send the shoes through any mailbox or UPS dropoff service.
"How long does shipping take?"
Shipping can take 7 to 14 business days and up to 21 days in case of any delays from local offices. Expedited shipping is an option.
"Are you providing a shipping label for sneakers?"
Yes, your order does include shipping to our offices and back to your home address.
"Can I pay through any other payment system? (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle)"
Leftsiide.com now allows for Apple Pay direct payments. It is recommended to use the website to make payments, however we do allow payments to CashApp and Venmo. Please verify the amount due prior to sending any payments.

"Can I request specific colorways for my sneakers?"
Yes, we have a large inventory of colors to select from, please contact us to request specifics when it comes to custom sneakers!
"Do you still do custom orders for hats?"
Yes, we do! You can still contact us for custom designs on our hats, we have select designs to choose from. The color combinations are still yours to decide and it takes about 3-4 weeks for the desired hat to ship.
"Are there any discounts for bulk orders?"
Adding multiple items to your cart will allow you to only pay for shipping once, if you are in our pick-up /drop-off zone, you can select that option during check out.
"Can I still pick up my order from your offices?"
We do allow drop-off and pick-up from up to a 12 mile radius from Winter Garden, FL. We will also hand deliver from a 12 mile radius. You can meet us at any pop-up shop to pick-up or drop-off your orders as well.
